Black Friday – Biggest Deals You Can Grab

For all those people who have probably heard the term Black Friday for the first time, it is an informal name for the day following Thanksgiving Day in the United States, which has been regarded as the beginning of the country’s Christmas shopping season since 1952.

The biggest brands have made people go frenzy by offering deals like never before.

Adidas have thrown themselves into the Black Friday spirit by offering 30 percent off a huge range of their products. There are over 5,000 products in the Adidas Black Friday section and you can select as many as you want, then, simply apply the code BLACKFRIDAY at the checkout.

Following on from Nike’s epic Black Friday sale, Adidas has gone and launched its own selection of deals, with a gargantuan 5,208 products discounted.

You can browse Adidas’ entire range of discounted products by heading on over to its dedicated Black Friday deals page.

Not only is the Adidas Black Friday sale massive in scope, but it is also huge in savings, with a super tasty 30 percent off all purchases. Discounted items stretch across all of Adidas’ lines and product types, including shoes, trainers, training gear, hoodies, t-shirts, leggings, track pants, jackets, football boots, gym bags, carry bags, socks, golf gear and more. Products are split between men, women, and kids, and are filterable by a myriad of factors such as size, color, price and more.

GAMING

Shoppers looking to pick up a console can save $100 by grabbing a 1 TB PlayStation 4, with prices starting at $279.99, or slightly more if bundled with a game. Buyers interested in the more powerful 1TB PlayStation 4 Pro will be able to find one for just $399.99 – a savings of $100 – or bundled with either Horizon Zero Dawn or Uncharted: The Lost Legacy for a bit more.

Sony’s virtual reality offering, PlayStation VR, is also coming down in price for Black Friday week, starting at $399.99 (bundles including games, PlayStation Move controllers, and a camera cost more). Even PlayStation 4 DualShock controllers are sinking in price, dropping $25 for the week.

Black Friday Gaming Deals

Unfortunately, given Nintendo’s penchant for keeping its prices high, there are not many meaningful deals on either Switch hardware or marquee Switch games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild or Super Mario: Odyssey. But you can get your hands on the new 2DS Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time special edition for $79.99 if you’re willing to go find one in-store as early as possible.

Recent releases like Call of Duty: WWII and Assassin’s Creed Origins, for example, are dropping just $20, from $79.99 to $59.99.However, other 2017 games are seeing steeper discounts. Middle-Earth: Shadow of WarNBA 2K18FIFA 18, and Destiny 2 are all dropping $30 to $49.99 each; Wolfenstein II: The New ColossusOverwatchForza Motorsport 7, and The Evil Within 2 are falling $40 to $39.99, and Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands is sinking $50 to $29.99. The sale runs just four days, from November 24th through the 27th.

GADGETS

Google’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales this year will be all about the home. So if you’re hoping to score a deal on the new Pixel 2 smartphones during this long weekend’s shopping events, I have some bad news. It doesn’t appear that any of the Pixel-branded devices announced back in October will be discounted, or at least the company hasn’t announced anything yet and we’re just 48 hours away from kickoff.

Here’s what we can expect, though.

Google will be discounting its Google Home speakers and Chromecast dongles, both of which are great stocking stuffers or an affordable gift for friends and family. The Google Home Mini, announced in October, will see the steepest discount, dropping down from $49 to $29 with a $10 store credit, which effectively makes the device as cheap as $19.

If you do not want store credit to the Google Store, a ton of retailers are also offering store credit when you buy the Mini. eBay’s price-matching offer nets you a $10 eBay gift card, while Best Buy and Target will also offer $10 store credits for future purchases. Walmart will offer $25 credit off a future order when made through Google Express. This deal essentially gets you a Google Home Mini for just $4.
